Supper Snaps: Pulled Pork & More!

Having had a fairly large restaurant brunch meal, we opted for a somewhat lighter supper. Pulled pork with our favourite red onions, peasant rolls from a local bakery, and roasted sweet potatoes.

From J. in Newfoundland, who’s husband uses a cast iron grill pan to great effect, a filet smothered in mushrooms, with “dollar chips”, and fresh asparagus.


From Catherine: Ginger garlic pork stir fry with carrots, onions, red, green and yellow peppers, basmati rice. Yum!
