Chicken Piccata, Lemon Caper Butter, Risotto alla Milanese

Somebody is on their last day of Christmas leave, and being a Big Bag of Unfitness, so I thought I’d make an old favourite that we haven’t had in awhile. It made things a little more pleasant for about 8 minutes, the length of time it took him to eat.
